So they wear skill-rating badges with stripes that indicates their training level. I also means that technicians will only be assigned to projects for which they have been adequately trained.

Fortunately, Volvo Penta can throw you a lifeline. We've developed an Action Service that provides 24-hour support, so skill-rated technicians can come to you with parts and service support. All Volvo Penta owners can be a part of it, free.

You'll get an Action Service Owner's Card when you purchase your engine package. Or if you're already an owner, fill out the registration form at your nearest dealer and a card will be mailed to you.

So any time you need assistance, just call us. State your name and location, then for a low $50 handling charge, your dealer will be there to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
